Getting Started With CannMenus Pro

A step-by-step onboarding flow for teams launching CannMenus Pro and establishing their first operating cadence.

Quickstart Steps

Step 1 — Log In to CannMenus Pro

Visit cannmenus.com and log in with your account credentials. If you received an invitation email, click the link to set up your account first. Once logged in, you will be redirected to the CannMenus Pro Dashboard Gallery.

Step 2 — Explore the Dashboard Gallery

The Dashboard Gallery is your home base. Here you will see all the analytics dashboards available to your organization. Each card shows a dashboard name, description, and key features. Click "Open Dashboard" to dive into any one of them.

Step 3 — Open Your First Dashboard

We recommend starting with Market Trends if you are a retailer, or Brand Stock Status if you are a brand. These dashboards provide the broadest view of your market and are a great starting point for exploring your data.

Step 4 — Use Filters to Focus Your Data

Every dashboard has filters at the top. Start by selecting your State, then narrow down by Category, Brand, or other available filters. Your filter selections control what data appears in every chart on the dashboard. Filters sync automatically as you change them.

Step 5 — Save a View for Quick Access

Once you have configured your preferred filters, save them as a View. Click "Save View" in the toolbar, give it a name (like "My Main Market"), and choose whether it is just for you or shared with your team. Next time you open this dashboard, just select your saved view from the dropdown.

Step 6 — Ask the AI for Insights

Every dashboard includes the Ask Canndice AI assistant. Click the sparkle button in the bottom-right corner to open the AI panel. Choose from preset questions or type your own. The AI understands your current dashboard and active filters, so it will analyze the same data you see on screen.

Step 7 — Set Up Your First Alert

Stay ahead of changes in your market by setting up automated alerts. Stock-Out alerts notify you when your products disappear from a retailer's menu. Low-Stock alerts warn you before that happens. Contact your account manager or use the Alerts section to get started.

Step 8 — Invite Your Team

CannMenus Pro is built for teams. Go to Account Settings and invite colleagues so they can access dashboards with their own login, create personal saved views, and receive alerts. Each team member's data access is automatically scoped to your organization's permissions.
