Overview
CannMenus Pro Alerts monitor your data 24/7 and notify you via email when important conditions are met. Scheduled Reports deliver dashboard snapshots on a recurring schedule so your team stays informed without logging in.
Alert Types
- Stock-Out Alert: Triggers when one of your products disappears from a retail account's menu, indicating they may have run out of stock.
- Low-Stock Alert: Triggers when inventory indicators suggest a product is running low at a specific account before it goes fully out of stock.
- Price Drop Alert: Triggers when a competitor drops their price on a comparable product by more than a configurable threshold (e.g., 10%).
- Scheduled Report: Delivers a screenshot or data export of a dashboard on your chosen schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) to specified email addresses.
Setting Up an Alert
Step 1 — Navigate to Alerts
Go to your dashboard and look for the Alerts section, or ask your account manager to configure alerts for your organization.
Step 2 — Choose Alert Type
Select the type of alert you need (stock-out, low-stock, price drop, or scheduled report).
Step 3 — Configure Filters
Set the brand, state, product category, and any other relevant filters to narrow the alert scope.
Step 4 — Set Recipients
Add email addresses for everyone who should receive the alert. You can also configure Slack channel notifications.
Step 5 — Activate
Turn on the alert. It will begin monitoring immediately and send notifications based on its configured schedule.

- Set daily report schedules for your sales team so they have fresh data every morning.
- Use the email deep links in notifications to jump directly to the relevant dashboard with the right filters pre-applied.
