What Are Saved Views?

Saved Views store your filter selections (state, brand, category, date range, etc.) so you can reapply them with a single click. Views can be personal, shared with your organization, or set as the default view for a dashboard.

Creating a View

Step 1 — Set Your Filters

On any dashboard, configure the filters to show the exact data you want to save.

Step 2 — Click Save View

Look for the "Save View" button in the dashboard toolbar. Click it to open the save dialog.

Step 3 — Name Your View

Give the view a descriptive name (e.g., "Illinois Flower Q1 2025" or "My Top Accounts").

Step 4 — Choose Scope

Select whether the view is Personal (only you can see it), Organization (visible to your entire team), or a Default (auto-applied when opening this dashboard).

Step 5 — Save

Click save. Your view now appears in the Views dropdown for quick access.

Managing Views

  • Switch Views: Use the Views dropdown at the top of any dashboard to switch between saved views instantly.
  • Global Context: Set a view as your Active Global Context to carry its filters across multiple dashboards automatically.
  • Edit or Delete: Hover over a view in the dropdown to reveal edit and delete options. Updates are saved in real-time.
  • Share with Team: Change a personal view to Organization scope to share it with your entire team.

Tips and Best Practices

  • Create one view per territory or region for your sales team so each rep can quickly pull up their accounts.
  • Use the Global Context feature to set your most common filter (e.g., your primary state) across all dashboards.
  • Name views descriptively. "Q1 IL Edibles" is much easier to find than "View 1".
  • Periodically review and clean up old views to keep your dropdown manageable.
